Once you have chosen your favourites and placed your order, we will prepare your package and send it as soon as possible, so there’s no delay to your enjoyment.

All orders received by noon, Monday to Friday, will be packed and dispatched the same day. Orders are processed for delivery on working days only, Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. Any orders received after noon on Friday will be delivered by the following Tuesday. 

All packages require a signature upon delivery. If you are not in, our delivery company will leave a telephone number so you can make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery, we are not permitted to leave your package 'hidden' at the address. Because a signature is required, we are unable to deliver to BFPO or PO boxes.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery due to incorrect data entry.
