Are You Unhappy With Your Product?
If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with your Palette London online purchase, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.Â
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products. This does not affect your statutory rights.Â
Don’t forget to obtain proof of posting, as we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your package is lost in transit.
Stockist Returns
We are unable to accept returns for items purchased from our stockists. You will need to contact them directly to arrange your return or exchange.
Faulty Product Returns
We carefully check every item to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition. We would be very sorry to hear that your product is imperfect. For quality assurance purposes, we request that you return the item in question, as we cannot comment on products we do not receive.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage and receipt so you can track your parcel and so that postage costs can be refunded in the event of a faulty product. We will then arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you, or if you prefer, a full refund.
